My coins won’t confirm for some reason, I have tried to re-sync the wallet but lost all pending coins in the process. I know for sure the coins have been trying to confirm for 6+ days now however, I think this issue has been going on for some time considering how many coins were lost during re-sync. Any ideas how to resolve this issue please?

Hard to know know what went wrong but I can assure you you didn’t lose any coins just by resyncing, don’t worry.
